Consider the fact that over 80 percent of people click on the top ranking site in Google. Less than 10 percent click on the number 6 link. This means that if you are the number 6 ranking site that you can get an extremely large increase in income if you can find a way to move even one or two sites up in the rankings. I am sure you have tried everything to move up, every tactic, every strategy but it can sometimes seem impossible. This is the precise time when you need to start taking advantage of the things that Google frowns upon. Not for your own site but for your competitors.

This is a black hat tactic that should only be used if you have exhausted everything else and you must also be careful. However, done properly and with enough time and effort put in, you can have your competitors dropping like flies. If your competitors just happen to start having doorway pages, site wide links and links from bad neighborhoods pointing in their direction you can surpass them even though you thought it was never possible. Sometimes you will have hit an absolute wall when it comes to promoting and building up your website, both in terms of black hat and white hat tactics. This is when you need to start taking alternative measures for success.

There is something that you may need to keep in mind here. If your competitors are highly successful and large companies that it may take tens of thousands of dollars of spamming tactics against them to succeed. The good news is that this investment could come back to you ten-fold once you work your way up the rankings page. Even the simple move from number 5 to number of 4 on the first page of Google can garner you thousands of dollars per day.
